Server Upgrade

The session usually takes 2 hours but this is the case for operators with lower amount of terminals running their terminals at latest version of our software, not older than 20230801. 
In case you have CAS and terminals running on an older version, please contact us for a quote with an information of your terminals amount to be upgraded.

Nevertheless the version, upgrades might not go always smoothly, please consider necessity of additional costs invoiced after the session based on time spent per the whole session. This usually vary based on the amount of the terminals and the current terminals and CAS version. Additional costs are invoiced in granularity of 30 mins per 100 USD.

The session itself is done with our support remotely by providing access to your server while you will be watching his steps.
