The process of depositing cash into the GBSafeOne

  1. The teller clicks on the DEPOSIT CASH button in the main menu.
  2. GBSafeOne asks the teller to enter the order code on the touch screen or scan it using a QR code scanner. Order codes can be distributed by third-party e-shops or other systems.
  3. The teller enters the order code.
  4. GBSafeOne validates the order code and its expiration.
  5. GBSafeOne asks the teller to touch the fingerprint scanner or manually enter the authentication code if the code is valid.
  6. If the fingerprint matches one of the registered staff members, the machine automatically switches to the INSERT CASH screen.
  7. After the cash deposit, the INSERT MONEY screen is displayed.
  8. The screen displays information about the successful deposit and sends a message to the cloud.
  9. The notification of the cash deposit appears in the cloud, and the order is processed. For example, goods are shipped.

*The process of depositing can vary due to the scenario.

Example of usage in the crypto industry

GBSafeOne enables higher consumer protection than BitcoinATMs when purchasing crypto with higher volume cash transactions in regulated markets such as California:

  1. On the ATM screen, a button offers to place an ORDER for more than 1000 USD. Please note that the customer has to go through regular KYC/AML.
  2. The customer enters (type) the amount he wishes to purchase on the ATM screen. The amount can be higher than 1000 USD.
  3. The ATM creates an order in CAS (server).
  4. The system sends the customer the ORDER CODE via SMS and asks him to hand the cash to the shop staff member (teller).
  5. The teller (person) asks the customer why he is purchasing the coins and tests him against different scam scenarios.
  6. The teller accepts cash from the customer.
  7. The teller asks the customer for the ORDER CODE and types it on the GBSafeOne's screen.
  8. The teller inserts cash into the GBSafeOne.
  9. GBSafeOne is connected to the cloud and sends a message to CAS users that a deposit for ORDER CODE has been deposited.
  10. Based on this information, The CAS user confirms an ORDER on the server, and coins are sent to the customer.
  11. Optionally, steps 9 and 10 can be connected without human interaction.

Notes:

  1. GBSafe can be connected to the same CAS server as GB Bitcoin ATMs or to a separate server.
  2. GBSafe requires a WiFi/LAN connection to work.
  3. The connection of GBSafe to CAS enables operators to see online contents of the Deposit Safe and act on the deposits/collection/etc actions via CAS Extensions.
  4. The first model of GBSafe features the same security level as BATMTwoPro stands.
  5. What you see in the photos is the first look of the GBSafeOne; its appearance may change slightly over time.
