WiPay Service & Currency Information

Native Currency: Please note that the WiPay service operates natively in EUR.
Currency Conversion: Payments made with cards in other currencies are automatically converted to EUR before processing. This allows global card acceptance, though standard conversion rates apply.
Fees: Transaction processing involves both fixed and variable fees (refer to the officialWiPay fee schedule provided during the onboarding process).

Telemetry Portal: Real-time terminal status monitoring for €3/month/terminal.
Connectivity: Optional SIM card available for units connected via Ethernet (for backup/independent communication).

BATM2: Order the BATM2 with the Standard Stand with POS, or to upgrade an existing one, order the upgrade kit for a Standard Stand
BATM2Pro:
- For new orders – Specify that you want Q5000 during the order, and we will apply the necessary upgrade directly in manufacturing for you.
- For upgrades of existing machines – Use the drilling template to add mounting holes to the head door.
BATM2Ultra:
- For new orders – Specify that you want Q5000 during order, and we will apply the necessary upgrade directly in manufacturing for you. The fingerprint reader will not be available.
- For upgrades of existing machines, you can buy an upgrade door or use a drilling template to add mounting holes. The fingerprint reader will not be available.
BATM3: Order the BATM3 with POS, or to upgrade an existing one, order the upgrade kit in addition
BATM4: Order the BATM4 with POS, or to upgrade an existing one, order the upgrade kit in addition
BATM7: Made ready for the POS device - get the POS with the BATM machine.

Pricing & Fees

Hardware: 390 USD (includes activation fee).

WiPay service fee consists of fix and variable fee:

The fixed fee is 5 eur / device / per month
variable fee is 2% from EU card (Visa, Mastercard) transactions, other payment card fees consist of interchange + 1,1%

Supported Jurisdictions (WiPay Service): The payment processing service is currently available within the European Union and Switzerland. (Roadmap: UK, Chile, Mexico, and Panama coming soon).
